Operations

Run the whole building from one screen.

Ice, courts, fields and rooms. Programs and their rosters. Memberships, passes and the money behind all of it — one system that knows what the others are doing.

Bookings that know your building

Resources nest: a sheet has two halves, a hall has three courts. Book the whole surface and both halves close. Sell a half and the whole is blocked. The database refuses a double-booking; nothing upstream has to remember to check.

Programs, registrations, waitlists

Clinics, camps, leagues and lessons with age gates read from a date of birth, capacity that excludes the waitlist, and schedules that keep their wall-clock time across a daylight-saving change.

Memberships and passes

Recurring plans, fixed terms and punch cards. A family plan covers a child who has no login of their own; a member's discount applies itself at checkout.

Payments into your own account

Stripe Connect. Money lands with you; the platform fee is quoted once, frozen on the payment, and capped per month. A declined card releases the hold it was securing.

A shop for the things you sell

Jerseys, sticks, lesson packs. Variants with stock that cannot go negative, orders that freeze the moment they are placed, and numbering per business.

The details

For the people who read the details

  • Opening hours can cross midnight and are stored per location in that venue's own timezone.
  • A hold expires on a timer, so an abandoned checkout never blocks a Saturday slot.
  • Shared surfaces (learn-to-skate, open gym) sell by place rather than by exclusive slot.
  • Every count on the dashboard is the same count billing uses — there is one database.
