Card processing is billed by Stripe directly to your own account at their standard rate. We never mark it up.
What happens after the trial?
You pick a plan and add a card. Nothing you set up during the trial is lost — your site, contacts, programs and bookings carry straight on.
What counts as a location?
A physical site with its own address and opening hours. A rink with two sheets and a party room is one location with three resources.
How does the platform fee on payments work?
When you take a card payment through your site we keep the plan's percentage and pass the rest to your Stripe account. Each plan caps that fee per month, so your worst case is a number you were told in advance, never a percentage of everything you earn. Enterprise pays no platform fee.
Do my members ever see GameOn OS?
No. Your site runs on your domain with your colours and logo. Sign-in, receipts and streams all carry your brand.
What if I go over an included allowance?
Streaming minutes, recording storage and media delivery are metered and billed at the plan's overage rate on your monthly invoice. You can see usage in the console at any time.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes, on Club and above. Until it is verified you can use yourname.gameonos.com.
