CRM
Know your customers without the CRM clutter.
Built around how youth sports actually work: a parent books, a child plays, a grandparent pays. Households, guardians and consent are first-class, not custom fields.

Households, not just contacts
Three kids, two guardians, one card on file. Every booking, registration and payment rolls up to the family, and a guardian can act for the minors in it.
Consent you can stand behind
Consent is recorded as an event with who granted it and how. A minor can never self-consent. Records are append-only — withdrawal is a new record, not an edit.
Minors judged by jurisdiction
Age of majority and digital-consent age come from a table of 37 jurisdictions, so a 17-year-old in Ontario and one in Texas are handled correctly without anyone remembering the rule.
Enquiries become contacts
A question from your public site lands in the console with the program it was about. Answer it, and the person is already in your CRM when they register.
The details
For the people who read the details
- Medical and sensitive notes live in a separate table only coaches and managers can read.
- Contacts are tagged by sport, validated against the sports you actually run.
- A contact with no date of birth is treated as a minor until you say otherwise — it fails safe.
- Age bands (U14, 14U, birth-year cohorts) come from presets per sport, or your own scheme.
